It is the applicant’s responsibility to follow the Surf City Artisan Fair Rules and Regulations and obtain all necessary state and local certifications and licenses. Non–compliance with the rules and regulations may result in permit revocation of the applicant from the event.
The undersigned certifies that she/he is authorized to 1) execute on behalf of the group/business and 2) accept legal process on behalf of the group/business. The undersigned also agrees to save, keep, and hold harmless the City of Huntington Beach, the Huntington Beach Downtown Business Improvement District, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers for all damages, costs, or expenses in law or equality that may at any time arise or be set up because of damages to property or personal injury, or weather, received by any reason or in the course of Surf City Artisan Fair which may be occasioned by any willful or negligent act of my business, employees, agents, or assigns. I have read and understand Surf City Artisan Fair rules and regulations and agree to abide by the rules as stated.
